In Denmark, there is this concept called "hygge". It is a very Danish thing: it feels cosy while basically doing nothing special which is very special! I think being at home is very "hyggeligt" (cosy) even when I do nothing in particular.
Coming from a concrete jungle, I used to think Denmark is so rural. After living here for a few years, I started to fall in love with its precious nature. Nature is luckily almost everywhere here, learn to love and appreciate nature, you will find happiness every day.
Like most European countries, Denmark has a rich cultural life to offer. Life doesn't have to be competitive all the time, slow down and enjoy being lazy at cafés, enjoy music, a play, a concert, or whatever that makes you relax.
Sometimes, walking around is the simplest way to relax your body and mind. You don't need a purpose. Just walk around your neighborhood, you may meet smiles and a hello from others, you may meet good finds like pretty flowers, lovely birds, etc. on the way.
